We worked really hard

This week was pretty good and we worked really really hard. We were able to find some good people that have potential to progress so we're excited about that. We also had some key people go to church and can progress. However, we did find out that an investigator that was progressing really well and had a chance to be baptized at the end of the transfer has moved to Lima now :(. Not too much happened this past week but we are seeing progress in our area little by little.

This week was pretty good (like most weeks)

This week was pretty good and we started it off with interviews and a multizona. It was probably the best interview and multizona we’ve had so far.

We worked really hard this week and were able to find some good people that have potential. For now, the area is progressing little by little and we’re seeing little miracles everyday. Hopefully we will have the chance to baptize this transfer but we’ll see what happens.

New area good but different

This week was pretty good in my new area but a little different. The first few days were a little rough because they have a celebration for 3 days a year here and it just happened to be when I got here. Everyone was drinking and partying so we started the week slow but then things picked up. It looks like we may have a chance to baptize this transfer because we have an investigator who came to church this week for the first time and liked it. We’ll be focusing on her a lot to help her progress. 

Things are well with my companion and he has a year in the mission so it's nice to be with someone who has experience. 

Other than that, there‘s not too much going on here but hopefully we can find some more people soon. We do have interviews and a multizona this week which should be fun. 

I have a lot of pictures to send but it's taking a little while to download so I'll send them in another email when they're done.

La Unión 1

This week was pretty good but kind of stressful. Yordin did get baptized this week and it was good experience. It's kind of sad though because I won't have the opportunity to teach him again because of transfers. It also kind of stinks because they split my area and put some more missionaries in the ward there which means my kid won't be the one visiting him anymore either. 

However, I'm now in an area called La Unión and I'm a district leader now. It was hard to leave Sullana after 6 months but it'll be nice to know a new area. I'm now with Elder Rojas who is from Mexico and I think we'll get along pretty well. 

I have lots of pictures to send from last week but I forgot my camera in the room :(.
