Everything is good but we did help some members get water out of their house.

Hello! We weren't able to write yesterday because it was raining super hard and there wasn't any electricity or internet. Everything is good but we did help some members get water out of their house. 

We had a pretty decent week here. We saw some good progress here and we’re excited because we will have a baptism this week. His name is Yordin and he’s 14. We found him this transfer and he’s been coming to church with his family that was inactive for awhile. It also looks like there will be another baptism here next week but it looks like this is probably my last week in this area. 

 I also had another work Exchange this week but this time I left my area. It was pretty fun and we got a lot done. It was also awesome because I got to teach an investigator that we found in our area but she moved to another area. She was supposed to get baptized this week but things were delayed a little bit with her moving. Hopefully, she will be baptized soon.

We had an alright week here. The work was kind of slow because everyone is finishing up their vacations and just about all of our investigators were out of town. We also didn't have too much luck finding people. However, we did have a good amount of people come to church and we will have a baptism next week and maybe another one.

I did have a pretty good birthday though. They have a tradition here to egg people on their birthdays and the member where we ate lunch came up by surprise and got me really bad. I did eat cake with another family as well and we ended the night with a family home evening where we ate pizza and cake.

We also had a devotional yesterday with Elder Falabella who is a Seventy. I was kind of sad though because I only Heard part of his talk because they made me and some others set up stuff for the refreshments.

Also, the news about us communicating with y'all is pretty crazy and it'll be weird. I´m not sure how often it'll be but I'm excited.

Chiropractors and Cake(birthday cake)

We had a pretty good week here in Sullana but we had a lot of things going on. First we had interviews on Tuesday that went well but Hermana Vega made me go to a chiropractor because of my posture haha. I went to the chiropractor on Thursday in Piura after the multizona and everything was good but he did give some tips to help me with my back. The multizona was really good and interesting as well.

 We had a good week as far as proselyting too. We found some new people and we have others progressing as well. Sunday was awesome as well because we had 6 investigators go to church and 3 of them will probably be baptized this transfer. We have a teenager that we've been working with for awhile and he's been going to church for the last 2 months with his uncle who is the Young men's president. The only problem was that he didn't have permission at the time because his dad wanted him to wait. However, his dad gave permission this past week so we're excited for that but he's going on vacation this week so we have to wait a week or 2 for his baptism.

Work Exchange

This past week was pretty good. We are continuing to find some good new people little by little and we've seen progress in our area. It looks like we could have some baptisms this transfer starting next week. We are working with some jóvenes that have progressed really well and have lots of desires to get baptized. We also have some others that are progressing really well but they´re on vacation now so we will have to wait a little.

 Not too much out of the ordinary happened this week but I did have an intercambio with someone named Elder Anderson. He´s still pretty new but it was a lot of fun. 

Things are going well with training and my kid is progressing well and we're enjoying the work. Our converts are all doing well and progressing as well. It's been a blessing to be able to work with them.
